Little Whisk began in Nelie's home kitchen, baking birthday cakes for family. Word got around. Then friends of friends started calling. Today every order is still mixed, baked and boxed by hand - the same way, in the same kitchen. Nothing is made in advance and nothing sits on a shelf. We start baking once you order, so what arrives is as fresh as something you'd make yourself.

We never bake ahead to sit in a display case. Your order goes in the oven after you place it, so it reaches you at its best.
Real ingredients only
Real butter, real chocolate, real vanilla. No premixes, no preservatives, nothing we would not use at our own table.
